Product

Due to the manufacturing process, each flower is unique and will vary in appearance from pictures.

Ceramic items should not be left outside in freezing temperatures as there is a risk of damage/cracking.

Payment

Preferred secure payment is by PayPal. Should you not have a PayPal account, please email us for an alternative secure method

of payment. We do not accept cheques or payments over the phone.

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order and we will do

our best to resolve it.

Postage

There is a charge for postage which will be applied at checkout.

UK standard first class delivery:

£3.55* for up to 3 flowers ordered

£5.50* for up to 6 flowers ordered

£8.95* for up to 9 flowers ordered

Next day delivery (by 1pm next day):

£8.70* for up to 3 flowers ordered

£11* for up to 9 flowers ordered

Free delivery for orders above £100.

Currently we only offer delivery to a UK address. Should you require postage to an address outside of the UK please email

us, as postage costs and taxes will vary.

We will post to the PayPal registered address, unless otherwise confirmed by email from the registered PayPal account holder.

All items will be securely wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and card. We always retain proof of postage.

You can now also purchase our products on Etsy website

Stock

Items in stock will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Should the item be out of stock, we will propose an alternative product/colour.

We will post to the address registered with PayPal, unless otherwise specified by email.

It is the buyer's responsibility to advise us of any address changes by email and prior to dispatch.
